Privacy

Uploads and generated files are stored only long enough to deliver your ZIP and to finish an order. Clean direction masters are kept private on the server. Browser previews are watermarked and reduced. We do not sell customer artwork.

If you download the free sample pack, we store the email you provide so we can send occasional product notes. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Support messages include the email and details you choose to send. First-party analytics store funnel events (for example: started Create, chose a direction) without your prompt text or images.

We do not automatically reuse abandoned custom creations in the public Shop. See Terms.

To space out free Create previews, we store a private browser cookie, a random device handle, and a truncated hash of your IP address. These are used only to prevent automated misuse. We do not permanently block an address, and they never prevent access to something you already purchased.
